Tele-health services are a fantastic way to receive therapy and life coaching services for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, chronic illness and chronic pain, as well as coaching through career and life transitions. 

Many individuals find it difficult to attend in person weekly therapy sessions due to issues with childcare, transportation, chronic illness or chronic pain, or mental health symptoms.  Individuals who engage in tele-health therapy have found they are able to be held accountable for their goals (for example, goals with emotional eating, reduction in panic attacks, etc) because they are more likely to show up to sessions.  For working professionals, the benefits on tele-therapy include being in the comfort of your home after a long shift at the office, and being able to have a therapy session late in the evening or on the weekend.  Furthermore, tele-health therapy has been found to be just as effective for trauma and PTSD symptoms as in person therapy.
